"For the best source of natural calcium, I make my own egg shell powder.  I save my egg shells in the freezer until I have the time to grind.  Once removed from the freezer, I let them dry completely (almost 24 hours).  I have a separate "coffee bean" grinder just for my shells and herbs.  Once grinded to powder, I place in a labeled tupperware container and use as needed.  Believe me, a little goes a long way!  I also have many of my neighbors saving their egg shells for me too...I'll soon be an egg shell powder supplier!  lol"
