"Look in your Yellow Pages, under Wholesale Poulty Distributors, and you might find one right around the corner from you.  This is what happened to me a month ago!  When I buy the 40-pound boxes (always), I get chicken backs for .29 cents a pound, chicken wings for .67 cents a pound and turkey necks for .39 cents a pound.  They come fresh, on ice.   These are my staples, so I'm set!"

"Ask the contact person at your meat supplier to place the case of frozen RMB's in *their* fridge (walk in cooler) for a day or two to thaw. Then it is much simpler to break apart and repack!"

"Start calling around to your local butchers in the summer, this way by fall when hunting season opens they will know to save all the left overs from their game butchering for you. This usually includes legs, heads, and plenty of RMB's and is usually free as they are happy not to have to pay to have it taken away."
